highly Motivating and Challenging.

This book teaches the knowledge needed to start a healthy and sustainable walking routine as a form of achieving healthy physical and mental well-being. The preparations required, the dress gadget, shoe shopping, safety precautions, walking techniques, styles, and habits are only a few of the numerous tips discussed.
With the daily increase in the proportion of people who live a sedentary lifestyle, the harsh warnings against and the negative consequences that come with it, this book is very timely.
Walking is a low-intensive activity with numerous health benefits. This book has succeeded in showing us the technique of how we can create a walking habit around our lifestyle. It is highly adequate to celebrate a guidebook such as this. I am happy to lay my hands on this audiobook, and I will recommend it to all who are health conscious.

Amazing book! I learned so much

This is an amazing book. I've learned so much about the benefits of walking. I want to learn more about walking as running is really hard on my knee. I am so glad I came across this audiobook. this book covers everything starting with shoes and socks. The most important thing is I never know the importance of walking, I always thought walking is walking not a big deal, but now I know the importance of posture and the mistakes that we make when we walk. I am going to make those corrections and make healthy walking my lifestyle.

I didn't know walking could be fun!

Parker Scripps takes something we all unconsciously do (walking) and turns it into a fun, engaging activity with the science behind the methods. I walk all the time, but I don't always walk RIGHT. When I take the dog for a walk, we literally meander around so the dog can smell this or that along the way. My feet usually hurt when we walk for extended periods of time, but I really don't think of it as anything much more than exercising the dog. With this book, I learned easy steps and techniques to ensure I exercise while walking safely and effectively for my age.

Gem of a book

Walk This Way is a great guide that offers a load of information and practical advice on low impact exercise techniques with a as you would expect a big focus on walking. Written with the intention of promoting fitness and wellbeing without placing excessive stress on the body, this book is an excellent resource for individuals seeking effective exercise options that are gentle but will get you results. I think chapter three starts with an amazing quote/statement where it states the hardest part about exercise is actually starting it this resonated closely with me because I believe this to be absolutely true (well it is for me). Clear and well narrated too.

Validated my love for walking

I’ve always loved walking and hiking as my form of exercise, and hated running or going to the gym. I’m so happy there’s so much evidence and scientific findings to my theories! I learned so much and found the inspiration to get out to walk even more often.
