Summary

Join Vetman, Imogen, Findlay and a whole cast of incredible bionic animals as they save animal companions everywhere from the evil plans of The Man with No Name! An amazing animal adventure for listeners aged seven to 11 from Noel Fitzpatrick, Channel 4's Supervet.

Vetman lives in a cottage outside a sleepy English village, where nobody realises that he's saving animals in incredible, bionic ways - except the animals themselves, of course!

But trouble is brewing...because Vetman's old foe, The Man with No Name, has set up camp nearby and plans to poison dogs and cats across the land.

Imogen and Findlay stumble across an injured hedgehog and take him to Vetman's door, they have no idea that they are about to embark on an important mission to save more than just their spiky new friend.

Together with Vetman and his brave bionic animal clan, they must take down The Man With No Name!

This brilliant animal adventure is Noel Fitzpatrick's first audiobook for younger listeners, following his Sunday Times best-selling memoirs Listening to the Animals: Becoming the Supervet and How Animals Saved My Life: Being the Supervet.

Animal Companions, love expressed.

The most heartwarming, beautiful, inspiring story I have ever listened to.
If you are a pet lover you will love this story. The best expression of love, is when you look into your animal friends eyes and you see just love looking back. Then break your heart when they go.

A lovely little story

Although this story book is for children I really enjoyed listening to it. Noel is one of the people I admire he has a great companion for life, the world and the animals he cares for. I do hope in the future that his grief over losing Keira will heal enough to have another little friend, I know it won't replace her (we will always grieve & always think if only we did things differently that day). But you Noel have so much love Keira wouldn't want you to be lonely.

vetman

struggled all the way to chapter 10. performance should have been given to an actor. yes I know it was for children but the reading was dreary. it only got 2 stars because there were animals in if.
