One of the best business books written
Brilliantly written and incredibly useful in trying identify the characteristics of successful individuals in their sectors and what they shared as strengths allowing them to achieve their goals. Love the structure and guide this books leaves you with typical Koch being able to take complex topic and break it down to nine points, simplicity and its best possible example.

Outstanding, a great mentor, a great teacher ...
If you are interested in holistic development, personal, psychological, strategic, professional development, Richard is the man. He is the gifted mentor who has been there. He is a dedicated mentor who is keen to save you from a mediocre life. The Hero's journey? He has done it. His voice is the voice of experience. His message is the message of a sage who has the power to transform your existence. His books are web, a very rich, sophisticated web of powerful ideas, wonderful and refined ideas carefully collected, seeds designed for ambitious individuals. Every book is a great book, every chapter is a rich chapter, every message is a deep massage. Great Content - Dodgy accents .
Honestly Loved this book - wish it was narrated by Richard though .The person reading the book, cleary is trying to impersonate a south african accent during many instances and it comes off cheesy and mockingly
.A bit Biased towards a skewed take as well( Mandela was a terrorist ) Yes he did change the course of history but was fighting violence with violence ,but to say that the Nationalists were fighting ANC With blood on their hands was a biased opinion ,it was the same on both sides ,Not just one side .Very European take.
Content is applicable .many of the accents ,American,South african ,Afrikaans where really not required ,This book would be a 5 stars except for the narrator trying his best to fluff it up

In my top 3 books about success
Condensed truth about how to proceed making something out of your life, regardless of what it is really. If you get pass by reading style (like it's been recorded by an american 30 years ago) and a handful of somewhat banal examples of "successful" individuals that I can't personally identify with, neither I necessarily would want to, it is really the treasure chest of concepts and strategies that are very useful in my opinion. Excellent audiobook in a slightly annoying "packaging".

This is a return
After listening several hours, we still haven’t touched the main point for me to buy this title. A lot of history is read, but none I didn’t knew from my time in the school.
It’s like a Netflix serie there is a lot of none interesting chapters as if the author was paid by the page.

Terrible American impersonations
The book is great but I can’t bear to listen to the audio any more because the narrator keeps doing American accents for the different people he’s talking about.
