In Tribal Leadership, Dave Logan, John King, and Halee Fischer-Wright demonstrate how these tribes develop - and show you how to assess them and lead them to maximize productivity and growth. A business management book like no other, Tribal Leadership is an essential tool to help managers and business leaders take better control of their organizations by utilizing the unique characteristics of the tribes that exist within.

Stage 5 Stars 5

Special thanks for the stories, the cheat sheet and the website reference. Enjoyed the tone, still needed to speed it up to 1.3x

Convincing

The authors don't promise a quick fix, instead they show a convincing way to build better workplaces. An alternative approach to suffering the soul-sapping 'my way or the highway' organisational environments that are the default for insecure bosses.

turn the speed to 1.5x then it'll be okay

The guy speaking speaks so slowly it is amazing the producer didn't stop this. When I changed the speed to 1.5x it was like listening to a normal book.
Generally pretty good except the usual US presidents are gods and look how their behaviours match.
There are some useful insights and triggers self-reflection about the stage you're at and what you might need to do to improve.

Narration issue

Was looking forward to this book, but Narration is monotone and pedantic. I found myself zoning out very often, so I did not finish the book. May make more sense to by printed version.
