Love it!

I discovered Poorna Bell via her Substack and I loved “In Case of Emergency” and this novel is even better. Her writing is always beautiful, such a way with words! I can’t wait for her next novel and I need to read her nonfiction. I plan to buy the hardcover of this book now as a sort of masterclass for my own writing. Such an amazing listen/read. Highly recommend.

This book made me feel so seen!

Bereft after finishing this book.
Poorna has created the most real and magical universe all at the same time.
This is one for fellow cycle breakers, those who choose to be childiree and for those who want a read (or a listen) they won't want to put down.
