Very well narrated and excellent advice
I have found this book to be very resourceful. Lots of techniques to try, don’t understand why some people have given it one star, I have read many self help books and this one is one of the best.

Simple and Valuable
Calmly read without any gimmick. I found this book to be highly valuable and an additional resource to continue to develop my mental mastery. This book will not solve all your problems but it surely will help you centre yourself when you are out of balance. I thoroughly recommend it as a very good book to help you ease your worries with really good and practical techniques.

Lots to take away
Lots of methods to alter the state of mind are given in this book. Not just for those wanting to be entrepreneurs or super athletes. This book covers the everyday worries that people may have and gives clear instructions on how to alter the state of mind to shift into another state. Worth a read to try out some of the methods.
