Good info

This gives a most complete introduction to appreciating the now and quieting your mind. I highly recommend these audio books for beginners.

This is my favorite meditation collection out there. love the narration, easy meditations. doesn't take long to do and i'm meditating so much more now.

Awesome Book

I really enjoyed this listen. I appreciated the lecturers honesty and realness about his own journey. This covers everything from basic meditation to deeper mindfulness practices around accepting loss and death.

Very very impressive!

This is a good little book for someone who doesn't know a thing about mindfulness/meditation. It offers a good explanation and background in the beginning, and does have a lot of good ideas for practicing mindfulness in your daily routine.
