Invaluable Information For Good Health

Life changing information
Most of us are so misinformed about what food is healthy. I thought I was eating well until I started looking into the actual evidence of nutrition and what effect it has on your body. You MUST read this book and others to educate yourself on how to feed yourself and your family. It could save your life. The other huge benefits of this diet are of environmental urgency and animal welfare.

Have got this as a hard copy rather than audio! I am following starch solution, some of the information appears to be a slight variation from Dr McD YouTube talks! Appreciate the valuable information though.

Fascinating facts
I was a little unsure about this at the start, as so much of what I had already learned regarding weight and nutrition seemed to be in contradiction with this. However, I am so pleased I persevered as this book is full of some good and valuable insights into health and wellbeing. If you take your life seriously then this is a good listen with much thought provoking detail.

A great way to review your health and lose weight!
A well written book with many convincing arguments to gaining back your health while at the same time losing weight and keeping it off. This is all about reviewing and changing your diet (what you eat) and not about starving yourself.

A real eye opener!

Not hungry and loosing weight
Thank you for this book. I was a sceptic but ive always loved potatoes! After 4 years of being vegan and not loosing weight and feeling awful this book gave me the knowledge to keep my principles and loose weight without counting calories or feeling hungry. I took my time listening to it for about 20mins a day as its quite intense but im so glad I listened to the whole thing as I would have missed the part about vegetable oils and over processed foods. I have always seen people cook in oil and thought nothing of it. My food tastes better and my digestive system is not inflamed. I can even eat real bread again and it’s so delicious!
