About this listen
We all experience stuckness in our lives. We feel stuck in our relationships, career paths, body struggles, addiction issues and more. Many of us know what we need to do to move forward - but find ourselves unable to take the leap to make it happen. And then we blame and shame ourselves, and stay in a loop of self-doubt that goes nowhere.
The good news is you're not lazy, crazy or unmotivated. In this empowering and action-oriented guide, you'll discover why we can't think our way forward - and how to break through what's holding us back. Using an eclectic approach and a customisable plan that's as direct or as deep as you want, this life-changing guide empowers you to:
- Break old habits and patterns
- Gain perspective on pain and trauma from the past
- Free yourself from the torturous "why" questions
- Take control of your choices to create the life you want
Bringing together research-backed solutions that range from shadow work to reparenting, embodied healing and other clinical practices, along with empowering personal stories, this audiobook is a hands-on road map for moving forward with purpose, confidence and the freedom to become who you're truly meant to be.

Worth digging in
I do take pleasure from getting sources of psychological information from different perspectives, places, books podcasts.
The science of stuck is the author’s perspective on subject of being stuck.
I like the fact that Britt uses examples from other authors, her work as a psychotherapist and real live.
She describes every given concept in a very edible way and gives tasks to each of them, in order to work on it individually.
As I have learned about those books, it’s not something that you will read and remember.
It’s good to listen with a notepad in order to write down some notes and action plan to execute what was absorbed.
Have a great listen ✌🏻

Loved this book
I’ve only just finished it and it’s already had a positive influence (finally working through the artist’s way after 8 years of procrastination).
It’s an easy listen and so much in there.
Would absolutely recommend

Listening to this will help you make sense of how stuck you are and make changes to unstick yourself.
Really enjoyed listening to the author narrating her book. She uses easy to understand examples, great quotes and sets out a plan for anyone to follow who is stuck in one or more areas of life. Thank you, Britt!
