Great translation

A great translation, simple and straightforward. Cadence and pitch of narration does not suit the content, thereby making it difficult to concentrate and follow. Slowing down to 0.9 speed has improved this, greatly enhancing the experience.

Great translation & narration

Enjoyed this translation, it is poetic and easy to comprehend. Clearly narrated.

I spotted one narration error which needs to be corrected - the narrator reads verse 2:53 then part of 2:60 then goes back to 2:53

Over dramatic narrator

It’s hard to listen to and take in this translation for the unsuitable, distracting and over dramatised narration. Why narrations of scriptures cannot be simply or respectfully read and why over dramatic narrators, or awful background music are insisted on distracting from the text is beyond me, but more particularly, it is unhelpful to the listener. The narrator’s rhythm and style are also deeply unhelpful, hard to listen to and even hard to understand. While English is my first language and I’m used to listening to the American accent and there are many excellent American narrators whose voices, clarity and tone are well suited for objective narration, this is not one of them.
