my Opinion
This has been a great book for me as a person. you learn about various signs of what someone is saying with there body.
reading this book has made me realise we actually communicate a lot with our body more than you would think!
I recommend this to all (to broaden you perspective on this communication skill)
to Tonya: Thanks for your knowledge I shall use it to do good.

Verry good for a first book in body language
You will find enough valuable information. Some things are common sense, everybody should know them and are not new but others are very interesting and offers a new way to address a meeting. This is the first book he read in body language and so far I've been a pretty confident person and naive, not really emphasized to read what others say. A person who has read or get a documented in this area should consider the book superficial but for someone like me is the ideal book. (english is not my mother language, hope you understand what i meant)

Trash
Would you try another book written by Tonya Reiman or narrated by Tonya Reiman?
This book is real trash in my opinion. I researched a lot of the examples of this book in medical records and found the medical reports to basically say there is no proof these traits or ques of human nature are 100% linked to a lot of the stuff she has said.
I found books like "The Power of Body Language" to be much more insightful and practical.
I would be interested in finding out if the people who stated 3-4 stars in their reviews have read Joe Navarro book.
What could Tonya Reiman have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
If your going to quote medical studies I would confirm them? Or maybe from the date of publication until the date I listened to the book more medical reviews cam out concerning the feet pointing example?
You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes, there were several valid points which are very us full. However either the science is out of date and a revised version of the book needs to be released.
