Great info!

I started listening to this audiobook recently, and it's been surprisingly helpful. The exercises are straightforward and don’t feel like a hassle to do. The focus on the vagus nerve and how to reset it was interesting, I've done Wim Hoff breathwork but didn't hear these references before. I’ve been using some of the somatic exercises to release tension. I love the worksheets to track progress. This is a very practical approach to dealing with stress and trauma.
