A Reassuring Guide for my Daughter and me
This audiobook has been such a blessing as I help my daughter through this big life transition.
She’s a first-time mom and being on her own has made her feel overwhelmed, She is asking me for guidence and being a dad I wasn't sure I was the right person but wanted to do everything I could for her so I have been finding first time mom audiobooks for help and guidance and this has been a very good one for the both of us.
This audiobook gave both of us practical ways to manage the challenges. It really helped me understand how to support her emotionally, and my daughter is feeling much more ready to face the challenges with the tools this audiobook has provided.

Wonderful guidance for new moms.
New moms definitely have a tough job. "Compassionate Self-Care for New Moms" by Sharlene Hosek tries to make it a bit easier by helping them care for their own mental and physical health while remaining focused on the baby. Hosek takes a very gentle approach, and I think the compassion will be a big help to a lot of mothers who might have trouble balancing the needs of the baby, their own needs, and the bond between them. The whole idea that new mothers shouldn't feel guilty for taking care of themselves is super important. If they fall apart from fatigue or illness, it benefits nobody. Instead, this audiobook walks mothers through the early stages of caring for an infant in a balanced way that helps nurture the relationship and the individual.
