Comprehensive and modern guide to community strategy

David does a great job of covering how to build a brand-led community from all the important and relevant angles. I have a decent amount of experience in community building, but David helped me to identify blind spots I might have in my thinking about it.

Really useful in depth knowledge on community

This book really broke down the elements for me and made me aware of how important community is. With other social media platforms around it’s always in the back of your mind that there’s no real point in setting up a community because there’s already options out there. This book made it apparent that that is not the case. Really succinctly read with the wealth of information. Must read for anyone setting up an online community.

Really hard going

I found this really difficult to get into despite really wanting to hear the message. The narration was poor in my opinion and not worth the effort of sticking with it.
