New in raw food diet community
Great book for beginners, lots of useful and groundbreaking information.
This book will help you understand of importance eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

Very interesting
This is a very interesting book and inspired me to incorporate at least more raw whole food into my vegan lifestyle. I would not find it useful it is wasn't for a generous PDF material, which many books lack.
