Brilliant
I have read many many books on diets sleep and basic well being .
This is a great book for anyone that wants to gain the information of twenty books in one .
I have read the Andrew Walker’s book on sleep and Jason Fungs book on fasting , books on microbes , cutting down on sugar and various exercise and meditation , this book takes the main principles of each idea all rolled into one .
You could save a lot of time and energy just reading this one book !
Dr Chatterjee makes it interesting and not at all heavy going.
It’s one of the few books I would read again and again, and will be buying copies for presents.
Thank you Dr Chatterjee ! Great interesting read and I will be applying nearly every concept into my life. I already do many of them and I can confirm that these principles absolutely do make you feel better 😃

Good listen
Really good.. something to listen to more than once as is a good reminder and refresher to get fit and healthy.
Even if already doing will keep you on track. Covers not just get fit or eat well or sleep... but WHY.. enjoyed very much.

Enjoyable and inspirational - but why doesn’t alcohol feature at any point?
I really enjoyed this book! It has lots of practical tips on improving your health. It’s not overly full of scientific jargon, which sometimes puts me off these books – however it is extremely informative at the same time. The reason I only give it four stars rather than five however is that I’m amazed that at no point during the book does Dr Chatterjee even mention alcohol. As this is a major part of modern society’s diet and lifestyle and something that holds many of us back from functioning at our best, I found it extremely difficult to accept that he doesn’t mention this at all, even when he is discussing levels of sugar and why we should cut down on this. Alcohol is obviously full of sugar and therefore not to even mention it at this point is a bit strange to me. Having said that all in all I enjoyed the book.

Life changing
A clear concise book with achievable health results. I am slowly changing my lifestyle and had good results. Taking Dr Chatterjee’s advice I have achieved a different mindset regarding sleep, and sugar.
I am going to read it again to cement all his sensible advice.
