About this listen
Jack Canfield, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul® franchise and coauthor of The Success Principles, and Dave Andrews, a recovery expert, join forces to present a revolutionary program to help you cut back or quit drinking entirely - in the privacy of your own home.
Alcohol kills one person every 10 seconds worldwide, according to the World Health Organization. Thankfully, now, for anyone who feels that alcohol has become a problem - and for the 23.5 million Americans living in recovery and looking to be reinspired - this new program introduces a groundbreaking model for sobriety that you can achieve in your own home.
The 30-Day Sobriety Solution grew out of Jack Canfield's decades-long work in self-esteem and success training. Its principles were carefully developed into a program by Dave Andrews and tested by thousands whose amazing stories of recovery are shared throughout the book. Organized into five phases that span 30-day periods, this book guides you through each day with practical exercises that, over time, allow you to more easily make positive choices again and again. "The Sobriety System" is an empowerment program that moves systematically from beliefs (including limiting ones) to feelings and emotions to concrete actions and behaviors that promote better outcomes.
Integrating neuroscience, cognitive therapy, proven tools, and teachings, The 30-Day Sobriety Solution is a clear, practical daily program that will help you achieve your goals - whether that's getting sober or just cutting back - and create positive, permanent change in your life.

Worked for me
I am currently 6 weeks sober after years of heavy drinking and numerous stints in and out of aa but nothing ever changed the way I thought about drinking like this has. The daily steps keep you motivated me inspired to
Keep going. I've never felt so happy and relaxed to be sober. Well worth a read!

Do 90 days if you want to remember everything
I have made two attempts to read this over 30 days but this is a full time job, you are asked if you intend to do this over 30 60 or 90 days, to fit in all the tasks and take in all the information you are better listening to the book every third day and journal the other two, a lot of it is repetitive and too much space is spent with former graduates gushing about how this book is the best thing since sliced bread, without all that self promotion the book could be shortened, it is very helpful though frustratingly long at times, you always feel they are trying too much of the hard sell

Infuriating
This book promises the world, but delivers its strategy with rhetoric. There’s a hefty dose of hand-wringing piousness mixed with big dollop of Christianity-infused judgment. The audio version has some nauseating delivery too.
