Completely amazing!

Fascinating!

I now spend 3-4 hours a week in the gym, I love every minute of it, I'm even RUNNING on the treadmill. My eating habits have been revamped and I've lost 40 lbs. I know in my heart this audiobook had a lot to do with my success so far.
