Some great information

I have been hearing a lot about both intermittent fasting and the keto diet as of late as they are both very popular right now. I didn't really know much about either but I knew that people were getting some fantastic weight loss results from both. I decided to get some more information and this audiobook has taught me a lot. It explains why the two are so effective and how to execute the diets properly. It even contains some simple recipes and a step by step plan as to how to execute everything. I would definitely recommend this audiobook.
