The power of your mind
The mental and physical aspects of sporting and golfing performance go hand in hand. By understanding how to get to a high level of mental performance it helps with the physical aspects of improving your golfing technique. This was especially useful, as I'm new to the sport and this audiobook provided practical strategies to increase the accuracy of your swing.

Awesome guide
I loved that this audiobook regroups 2 important topics: high performance and golf. This book is an awesome guide to perfect your swing and improve your performances. It teaches techniques to prepare your body and mind for high performance. It's a fantastic audiobook because additionally of teaching you, it also provides lots of useful information, training, and tips. Not only that, but it’s a quick and easy listen. I recommend this book to anyone that wants to start to playing golf, but also for advanced players who want to perfect their swing. Globally, It's a great book for any athlete
