I feel empowered!

This book has given me the self love to understand that I have what it takes to get rid of those bad habits that are stopping me from having the body I deserve. I now eat healthier and exercise along with listening to this book every day to remind me that I have what it takes. I highly recommend this audiobook to help you with your journey in losing weight and gaining confidence. Very interesting concept too.

Really helpful

This book is great..I'm already seeing the benefits. The affirmations are helping to shift the mindset to not judge myself too harshly. Definitely helping me fall asleep as I listen to this book at bedtime.

I'm hoping it'll help with the weight loss too...but I have to give it time.

The first step is the mindset change and the rest will fall into place. Great meaningful affirmations for anyone looking to male positive changes!!!

Great

i struggle with sleep so I bought this book to help me , which it certainly did, I'm also on a weight loss journey , and this book teaches you about self love and is beginning to help me lose weight with a better mindset

Very effective and natural

Weight loss is an issue for so many of us and there are lot's of unhealthy crash diets out there that will actually slow your metabolism down and have the reverse effect. What I love about this audiobook is that it's based on changing your mindset through hypnotherapy which is the only true way you will consistently keep your body at a healthy weight. The affirmations in this book are very effective and have already helped me adopt a far more positive outlook on my food, diet and most importantly, myself!

It's really helped me to look at myself in the mirror and deal with the root causes of why I eat too much when I'm happy or down and I'm feeling that I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The authors style makes me feel empowered and the narration is very soothing and relaxing which is perfect for sleeping.

I have only just started out on this new journey but the main thing is that this book has helped me turn a corner in my life. Still a lot of hard work to go but this is a life long commitment for me and I'm up for the challenge!

A beautiful book.

Unfortunately, a lot of people suffer from being overweight. People try diet after diet and usually end up disappointed and fed up. This very well presented and produced audiobook will certainly help. Although there is no instant easy cure, hypnotherapy can help you to slay those overeating demons. You can peacefully listen at your leisure and will be pleasantly surprised by the calmness, sincerity and effectiveness of this wonderful book. 5 Stars..

Fingers crossed for positive results

This is an extremely relaxing audio and a very easy listen. The author is obviously very knowledgable on the subject of weight loss and hypnotherapy. The audiobook covers everything even shopping which surprised me for a sleep affirmation and hypnotherapy book. I recommend it.

sleeping better!

It's still too early to tell if I've lost weight, BUT my sleep has definitely improved. Just listening to this audiobook for about twenty or thirty minutes before bed sets me up for a relaxing, deeper sleep. I know that weight loss is also mindset, and I've had my appetite more under control lately, so fingers crossed! Highly recommended.
