In this book have so many information and instructions about how to Writing a Diary for Increases Self-Esteem. It is self help book. This is wonderful book on Self Exploration.

On book. Terrible narration.

Book was very basic but not terrible. Narrator sounded as if he was finding the whole thing very boring. Maybe find someone more upbeat.
