Just do it.
The book is very inspiring and uplifting! Although the grammar is annoying here and there, it's not bad at all. If you came from a disciplined childhood, live with responsibilites that you have to wake up every morning for or just struggle with life. This books definitely for you.

Nice book.
Gets a 4 star review from me for both the subject matter and the scope. I'm not new to self discipline and neither am I easy to impress but overall I thought the author did a thorough job of discussing the various aspects of the topic.

There was some new insights but just too much fluff. Not the best place to start for self discipline but a great supplement to help you Long the way
