Dr Strong does it again!
I never understood the link between brain and gut health until I listened to this book. It was an eye opening experience which really helped me grasp that the food we eat directly affects our mental state. Since listening I've changed my diet completely to focus on improving my mental capacity. Both in terms of energy levels and ability to concentrate for extended periods of time.
