Waste of a credit.
One of the Chapters is not related to alcohol at all, mainly breathing exercises. Probably the least helpful Audio I have listed to to stop drinking. Annoyed.

it's not hypnosis it's a 30 min meditation
never mind, was enjoyable but not worth a credit. I may repeat it a few dozen times to feel I have gotten value
