Summary

Great story and narration
I liked this best of all Dahlia West's books so far. It's a great story of redemption for a character who it is difficult to like at times. I also like the appearance of Shooter's ex-rangers and their families and hope there will be more in this series. The narrator is the best in the business and always brings his A game.

Great Novel
This is the best book from Dahila West but would suggest you listen to the Ex Rangers beforehand when priest turns up at the farm where Erin lives he's not a nice man but with the redemption of his character he falls in love with Erin and wants to change but is afraid to with the help of the Ex Ranger's lovely HEA Mason Lloyd is a brilliant narror one of the best.

Terrific story
I have liked all of these books and this is no exception. Performed beautifully by Mason Lloyd. I will be sad if thete are no more in this series.

Fantastic on all counts, best book of the series. I love, love love Mason Lloyd as a narrator. I could listen to this all over again. some good jokes and puns from earlier books, the overlap and tie in very well.

Really enjoyable!
I really didn’t expect to enjoy this audiobook as much as I did! I read it after the Burnout series where the main character in this book was thoroughly unlikeable. I have to say that although his dark side was prominent at the beginning, I started to warm to him as the story progressed. This was down to the author’s skilled writing and the excellent narration. The story had everything, love, redemption, excitement and the settling of old scores. A great addition to the Burnout series and hopefully they’ll be more!

Outdated themes
Didn’t rate the unhealthy tones of male violence and lack of consent in the story. The “you need a man” rhetoric feels very outdated given this was only published a few years ago.
