Well done! Must have book!! I would suggest every newbie to the Instant Pot have this!! Clear step by step instructions walking you through each recipe. No guessing on what to do while cooking in your pot. I am so impressed and I know this will help me have good results while learning to use my IP successfully! Tonight was chile, and it turned out good. I knew exactly what settings to have my IP cooker set too and for how long. I finally feel comfortable using my new Instant Pot! Plnat based diet is amazing! Lovely book!

I really like this one! Great to listen it! Super nice gift to go with the instant pot! My daughter was well pleased with this gift accompanying her gift of an instant pot! The recipes were easy to follow & delicious! The instructions included which buttons to push on the instant pot!!!!!! Wowowo! Well done! Great book

Awesome book Plant based diet!
Cool! The recipes are great for a minimalist cook wanting to use a simple amount of ingredients with a big flavor result. All of the menu items I’ve made so far from this book have been mind blowing. My gf and I have been so happy with the meals we’ve made. I’ve recommended this book to a few people already and I’ve only had it a week or so. Amazing one! Lovely book!

One of my favorite coolbooks. In this day and age with so many recipes available on line, I thought why a cookbook. Every recipe I've made has been great! Love the author's blog, too! That's a great book to listen!

Very important book
Great and nice! Awesome book! I love this cookbook. I am trying to cook healthier for my family and this book is amazing! My very picky 16 year old even admits that the recipes are good and he was very resistant to eating "diet" food. We love the chicken Philly Chicken cheese steaks, the coconut chicken strips, and the caprese chicken pasta, just to name a few. Very basic ingredients... Not crazy hard to find stuff like some others cookbooks. I love that it tells you the calorie count per serving and how much a serving actually measures. The Beginner's Guide to a Plant-based Diet i love this book!

WOW! A MUST HAVE!!!
WOW! It`s amazing! Great book. Sad to learn that oil is the enemy of my life. However, after following the recommendations for the lifestyle/dietary change I saw results and feel so much better. If everyone changed to a plant based diet for even a few weeks we would all be better for it. Good to watch the Netflix doc too. My absurdly stubborn dad even said he felt better after just changing his breakfast routine. Do the math people and get this book!! Plant based died is the best path to heals!!!

Fine plant based diet book!
This book has a food list what should we eat and what should we avoid. In this book there are best plant based diet recipes, for every day. Most of the recipes i wanted to test in practice, and with confidence i will say that this is the best thing i did, it turned out very tasty. The author did an excellent job of writing. Thanks to author for the best plant based diet book. Lovely!

Yummy recipes! Love this book. It has eased me into a keto lifestyle with great information and a meal plan. All the recipes I have made have been super user friendly and are delicious. Having this book as a guide has made this way of eating seamless. Well done! Cool!

Highly Recommended!
I have enjoyed every recipe made so far! I was able to find many recipes that the entire family can eat, even picky eaters! Each recipe that I have made so far has been delicious and easy to make. I like how some of the recipes are introduced with a family story and/or information about the recipe, food and pairing suggestions. I also like the names of the recipes, and finally I like the photos she has included in the book. Very well done. One of my favorite recipe books, and I have over 50!

So easy and so healthy plant
A plant-based diet is a special diet that focuses around foods derived from plant sources. This can include fruit, vegetables, grains, pulses, legumes, nuts and meat substitutes such as soy products. People often have different interpretations of what 'plant-based' eating looks like. and I did as well.
