Tasty keto recipes

This is a handy guide for keto recipes and meal plans. The recipes are easy to follow, and are actually keto-friendly (which should be obvious, but I've bought other books in the past which had non keto-friendly recipes included)

The book is well produced and the narrator is easy to listen to. Highly recommend.

Let's eat healthy!

People always told me they gain a lot of weight during their freshman year in college. Well I did too. However, after I graduated from college, I was introduced to keto diet. It takes me a year of healthy eating and regular exercise to lose all the weight I gained. Thanks to keto diet. I got this book so I can refresh on some of the old knowledge and hopefully learn some new things. I really like the meal plan and recipes as I was getting bored of the stuff I used to cook. Definitely a good book for anyone who want to get into keto.

A very comprehensive approach!

This book will take you back to basics of Keto and provide excellent information on the why and how your body works when using fat for fuel - all in very simple terms.

Packed full of recipes and methods - step by step and easy to make!

I’d really appreciate an accompanying pdf, but I’m sure it’s coming soon!

The narrator’s voice is friendly and relaxed, quite perfect for this book!

It’s definitely a keeper!

My favorite keto book currently..

Most keto books barely graze over the topic.. Or worse they don't even know what the heck they are talking about. This one was different for once. More importantly I was entertained through the whole journey.. The author is very witty and funny.

Fantastic!

So happy I found this book! I've always wanted to give Keto a go, but never knew where to start. I absolutely loved this book! Informative and easy to follow. I've made a few of the recipes given, they are simple and delicious. My family has really enjoyed the recipes too - a great book all round!

Great book!

Being of a certain age now and trying to lose weight around the midriff has been a challenge!!
I like this book as it is full to the brim with information and tips for starting the diet and also maintaining your health.

Another reason I like this book a lot is that, the author has done an amazing job of putting together chapters of so many different tasty recipes which I can't wait to try! I know I can just make a quick list of ingredients and buy them which will not only save time but also help me stop wasting ingredients and having to think 'what to cook today '.

I liked the fact that the author has given tips about exercise too in order to keep healthy and not just about eating the right foods.

I would recommend this this book to anyone trying to lose weight in a healthy way.

Very informative

This book teaches all the basics you need to have a effective keto diet. I really enjoyed chapter 6 where the author went through the breakfast recipes. It was well narrated and informative - no fluff. I’ve purchased the breakfast recipes from my local supermarket yesterday and I will be trying the diet out! Hopefully it helps me lose weight to my desired weight!

Great book

This is a great book about keto diet. It teaches you all you need to know. It explains the science and what’s happening inside your body, and how this diet can help you lose weight. It also gives plenty of recipes such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. Everything you need to know about the keto diet, you’ll find in this audiobook.

Great recipes, great book!

I have never tried a Keto diet before but I have heard a lot about it. This book starts out be explaining what it is, why it works, and what to look out for. This really helped me. It then goes into recipes by meal type including side dishes and breakfast - I have never seen (heard) breakfast recipes like this before! Almost all the meals sound mouthwatering and the ones I have tried have impressed everyone - including me! It's a great book and it will be used often in the kitchen!

Some delicious recipes

I've tried many different diets in my lifetime and wanted to try the keto. I've tried a few books but this 1 is the best I've found . The book is packed full of information and has deliciously simple recipes to follow. Breakfast recipes are very good indeed. I have lost 5lb in my first wk following this book, so far so good. Finally found a diet thats going to be easy to stick too
