Summary

Have you ever looked at your picky eater and wondered, “Will they ever grow out of this?" Then, you need to keep listening....

For more than 29 years, I was an extremely picky eater. My parents were told, year after year, I would just “grow out of it”.

Except, I didn’t.

I remember when I was little, sitting at the kitchen table with my Mom, who would say, “Please just take one little bite!” I so badly wanted to, but I just couldn’t, and both of us wound up so frustrated and upset.

My extremely picky eating was not identified for what it was, and so, it got worse as I got older, instead of better.

That is...until I finally discovered how to overcome my picky eating, and am thrilled to say I can now eat anything and everything!

That’s why I wrote this book. To help you and your picky eater, even if you’ve tried everything you could think of to get your child to try new foods.

Inside this audiobook, you'll discover:

  • Why some children don't grow out of their picky eating on their own
  • A scientifically backed approach picky eaters can start using, regardless of age
  • The surprising first step to help picky eaters try new foods (Hint: It is not “just take a bite”.)
  • How you can remove the stress around mealtime and have fun with food
  • How to avoid the biggest mistakes that will only make things worse
  • And much more...

Even if you’ve gone to doctor after doctor and feel like you tried everything imaginable with your picky eater, it is still possible. I thought I was the pickiest eater in the world and that I was doomed to be a picky eater for the rest of my life.

If you were to ask me, "Do you eat ...?", most likely my answer was, "No". No bacon, no burgers, no chicken, no fish, no shrimp, no veggies, no salads, no eggs, no pasta, no rice, etc.

If I can do it, your picky eater can, too.

If you want to help your child overcome their picky eating and save years of trying to figure it out on your own, then click the “buy now” button.

A practical and systematic approach that works.

Brilliant approach to dealing with those picky eaters in the household, whether young or old. I’ve found it to be a struggle to get the little ones to accept and enjoy what has been placed on their plates. This audiobook has a systematic approach to getting those picky eaters to tantalize their tastebuds more. Highly recommended listen for parents struggling to get their children to eat – and eat properly.

A great helper!

I am glad this audio is out. There is not so many books and audios on this issues and many people tend to look the treatment of picky eating habit down! Although I am not a picky eater, I do really know a lot of people in this situation. I wondered whether they would ever change. At least listening to this audio enriched my knowledge and made me more aware! The author is talking about herself and sharing great experience, tips and advise; and this is really helpful since it shows a common journey. 32 amazing chapters and 6 hours to completely transform yourself and escape this vicious circle, I find it amazing and highly recommend it.

Excellent book for long term 'picky eater'

This is an excellent book. I had no idea picky eating was a phenomena which was only just properly recorded as a medical disorder of eating. It also answers a lot of questions about members of my own family who do seem to have this issue although to a much lesser extent. I also loved the potato recipes! This is an inspiring journey of one woman determined to help herself be free of this issue and learn to eat normally and enjoy her food again. It is informative, interesting and backed up by research - a lot of it! Well worth the investment, especially if you have this disorder.

I was eager to read this one, being a picky eater

I was curious and eager to read this book as I have been a picky eater now for sixty years. The author does cover the subject very well and it is good advice for parents of picky children and also for the picky eater themselves once they are older. What about me, at 62 years old? I think it's too late for me now.

How Not To Be A Picky Eater!

I have always been a picky eater and this sometimes causes embarrassment in social situations. I got this audiobook in order to learn strategies to become a little bit less of a picky eater, and be braver with food choices. I really enjoyed the narration of the audiobook and found the content to be highly engaging. I would certainly recommend this audiobook to others.
