About this listen
It starts like any other Monday for Ty Christianson. Fifty laps in his pool, a suave suit, a chat with his mum on the way to his office, dodging countless calls from women, and his faithful yet cynical assistant waiting for him with a coffee. Then a meeting with his business partner and life-long friend Sal upends everything. Sal's hired a new assistant without so much as consulting Ty. That's a cardinal sin in their world, but it's the least of Ty's worries. Sal hasn't just hired a new personal assistant, he's hired an absolute goddess - and she's off-limits to Ty.
Lainey Summer drives Ty crazy with her savage beauty, her effortless sexiness, and her unfathomable veneer. She plays her cards way too close to her chest, and doesn't that just make her more enticing?
Unlucky for Lainey, Ty’s notoriously irresistible.
Unlucky for Ty, Lainey can resist him.Or can she?
As Ty sets on a mission to break Lainey, an intended conquest becomes a fixation.
And in the process, he’s thrown into perfect chaos.

Slow start.....
I've been a fan of Jodi Ellen Malpas from her first trilogy & loved almost all her work. I did find the first few hours went very slowly and didn't grab me in to it but eventually I got hooked in & at times had me just sitting & listening which doesn't happen often, I'm usually doing housework etc. In the end I was sad it ended where it did & would have loved more.

Bad narration
This book Could have been so good but the narration totally spoilt it for me , I’ve seen Jodi comment distinguished well that’s certainly not my interpretation.
I don’t think she reads reviews but there are some stellar narrators out there but her publishes tend to let her down if only she would speak to some of her co authors They put such effort into there choices if you insist on English Shane East , Richard Chamberlain Will Wyatt, all English , Sebastian York (king of narration) Joe Arden although Americans do a splendid English accent , Edita Brychta was fantastic for her first two trilogies
Please please take this on board and stop rubbishing her books , Shane east re did this book 100% improvement

Ok
I have read many books by Jodi and have enjoyed them, but I didn't love Perfect Chaos. For me the plot dragged. If it had been somewhat shorter then I think that I would have enjoyed it more.
Shane East of one of my favourite male narrators and his performance during this book showed his skills beautifully. with a clear voice, full of emotion, his performance hit all the right notes for me.

Great immersive story
I really enjoyed the story, not unconventional yet somewhat different in style within its genre. The voice acting was ok, apart from a man reading the female dialogue — slightly cringe! The Perfect escape if you need a moment away from reality.

Good
I enjoyed this one, another one of Jodi's off my TBR, I was left wanting more though I need some of Ty and Laney's HEA. their chemistry was off the chart and the plot of the story was good, I didn't see some of those bumps in road coming that's for sure. Jodi definitely chose the right narrator too, you can't help but love a little bit of Shane East.

Helen, I salute you!
wow
I absolutely loved this book. A beautiful love story sexy, steamy scenes that actually enhanced the book but didn't make it seedy. i will definitely read this over again and I have no doubt that I will enjoy it just as much the second time around. The characters were so believeable and the narration was spot on. I highly recommend this story. I gave 4 stars to performance because I like female narrators too

I have read the book and fell in love with ty then I thought would give the audiobook a listen to as I like reading a book or kindle. As Jodi Ellen malpas is my favourite author. The voice of Shane East is very relaxing. Will definitely be downloading more of my favourite books to listen to.
