Summary
Werewolves, facing the threat of extinction, desperately seek their mates to bear young. Aurora, a human far removed from the supernatural world, is nearing her own end after being fatally injured in a car accident. Kai, an alpha werewolf, lurks in the nearby trees watching her bleed out. He chooses to save her the only way he knows how, by changing her. Aurora struggles with her past as a domestic abuse survivor and the new dominating and violent lifestyle of a werewolf. No one is prepared for what happens next. Interesting and new look on the werewolf/vampire
I enjoyed this story, just took me longer to get into it.
I've loved other Leia Stone books but this on felt a little different than the others. Maybe because it was the first.
The narrator is easy to listen to and has a unique way of speaking.

Not bad but
This story could have been better with a little more thought but on the whole it’s good.
What really put me of was the terrible narration of Dara Rosenberg. If she was reading to children it would be ok but certainly not for adult books very insipid. Shame I would have liked to get the other books in the series.

This is a great first book in the series and has a loads of good roller coaster emotion as the story unfolds. Read with great feeling by Dora Rosenberg.

Fabulous!
I love this book and the audiobook is just as good. Leia Stone writes a fabulous story with unique characters that draw you in until the end. Dara Rosenberg does a fantastic job putting her own flare to each character as she narrates. It really does bring the book to life to hear someone read it. Definitely a recommendation that I will pass on to other! 💕

What a ride!! The writer has an amazing imagination that I am very jealous of. This is a very different werewolf book from anything I have read before and I fell I love with the wonderful characters. This book is a must listen to! The narrator really brings this book to life.

Decent Paranormal Read
This read had a good mix of different paranormal beings and a lot of potential. I loved the premise, it's different and kept me interested but there were some aspects that kept me from really loving the book.
*Instant Love
*little chemistry between main couple
*heroine was relatable i.e constantly getting a new power which seemed to be exactly what she needed to move past each obstacle???
I would have preferred more development of characters but still found it engaging.
It's definitely more of a YA read, as opposed to more mature audience and could be a good series, one I will probably continue to see how the next book pans out.

mi è piaciuto molto anche se uno si deve abituare un pochino a il correre di eventi che è attribuibile principalmente alla presenza di lupi che hanno una vita diversa dalla nostra, ma mancano forse un po di tempi dj assestamento...però almeno l'eroina ha le palle !
