This book is fantastic!

This book is fantastic! I had some pancakes this morning and they were delicious, easy to understand and gives you the shopping list and all the tools to really succeed on the keto diet.

Great helpful.

Good recipes for things that working families will eat. Rather than ingredients that the average person does not have around or are hard to find.

HUGE amount of recipes!

Love this cook book! It provides a ton of information about the Keto lifestyle as well as a HUGE amount of recipes! For sure recommend to newbie Keto eaters like myself.

No meal plan/ingredient list

Purchased audio book and was looking forward to putting this information into practice, using the meal plan that comes with it as stated. Unfortunately, this audio book does not come with a pdf so I'm unsure where other reviewers are getting this information. Shame as the content itself is very good!
