Discover yourself

I'm at a point in my life where I feel a bit lost and unsure of what I want from life. This audio book was exactly what I needed to help me self reflect and discover a lot more about myself. Journaling is now a daily must for me and a safe place for me to seek clarity.

Great way to kick-off your self-discovery journey

I have started journaling for the first time thanks to this book and it has been the most interesting journey I have ever made so far.

The process of self discovery, learning about yourself, is the best way to connect to your inner self and understand what is truly important and which are your core values, and remove unnecessary things.

What makes this book special is the music, which is inspiring and relaxing at the same time.

Inspiring !

I think taking time to reflect is a good thing. This book prompts you to reflect by asking you questions and giving you time to think. A well presented book that will set a lot of people thinking.

Inspiring

This book is meant to guide you to discover yourself and what you're passionate about in life. This can be a start to start my own journal to see what life is really about. This has the content that led me to take a step to start journaling, it can be one of the experiments to finding what you really are. Glad I got this book. Good content overall and clear narration as well.

A fun way to approach self-discovery

I'm so glad I landed on this audiobook filled with self-reflection prompts. It is an easy to follow guide that enabled me to develop a habit of journaling each day. This has been a goal of mine for a while, and these prompts were easy to write about, yet led to much introspection. A great tool to keep in your wellbeing arsenal!

Practical and emotionally uplifting

No matter where you are in your life it can be easy to lose yourself sometimes and forget your purpose. What's great about this audiobook is that it takes you on an amazing journey of self discovery through noting down many different aspects of your life and to look at yourself honestly. By journaling your feelings and habits, both good and bad, it makes changing your mindset so much easier. I like the narration and also the music which is really calming and smoothing. After listening to this book and making the notes, I feel so much more organised in my own mind, which helps me feel so much more relaxed and confident in myself. Self discovery is a life long journey and this will help you a lot!

Great Resource even for avid journalers!

I've experimented with different journaling techniques in the last few years. Although I go about self-reflection journaling in an unstructured way. I found the journal prompts very helpful in helping organize my thoughts and to initiate thought/reflection in certain purposeful directions

I recommend this book to anyone looking to get into journaling as well as journalers looking to up their journaling game. Great book!

Good Collection!

This book is a very good collection if you really like some self help and motivational genres. It made me to think very deep on the perspectives what I had before and what I need to change further. Great Book! Definitely recommended.

Perfect tool for self discovery!

This is a great audiobook to help you reflect on your life and all the things that make it worth living. The prompts are easy to follow yet lead us into much introspection, which can be beneficial in developing our wellness habits!

With this audiobook, one can feel connected to their inner world and attract more fulfilment. It offers constant reflection in order for you to live a purposeful life with continuous benefits of lightness. When we dive deep into the story, it can help us discover who we are and what makes us feel good. The prompts are there for all those moments where one needs some guidance to find their inner self-reflection on why they do certain things in life; how this shapes or molds who you really want yourself to be. It's a great way of getting closer with oneself by connecting at both physical and emotional levels.

I recommend this for anyone who wants more out of themselves--a better version of themselves than they were before listening or reading through these exercises at least once per day (and if possible, twice!).

I’m just getting into journaling and this is a useful audio to help with self reflection. A good audiobook to add to your journaling routine p. Would recommend.
