Great guide!

I got this book to help/encourage my 2 teens to start writing/journalling their thoughts, feelings and plans etc.

This journalling guide is great as it gives tips for getting into a habit of writing on a dIly basis.
I like the way this guide explains what journalling can be but doesn't have to be what you think it should be. it all depends on the individual and how they want to write and what they want to write about.
Writing a diary or journal is a great way to not only record memories, and plans but also a great way to practice your writing skills.

Building journaling habit

This book makes me feel motivated to journal more consistently. I like that the book keeps a very open perspective on journaling. There is no right or wrong way to journal. You can write as long as you want or as short as you want. Writing a whole essay can sound very tedious for many people. My journaling style is often making a gratitude list but this book provides me with other ways I can style my journal. I'm excited to take the 10 minutes 10 day challenge!

Absolutely fascinating ideas and suggestions

I thought I have never done anything like this in my life, but when I listen to this, I have done something similar, just not structured, like this. I guess keeping a ship's log is a little like this.

Listen and you will be journaling every day.

This book gave me the nudge to start journaling every day. We all have 10 minutes, and the author provides you with easy tips and tricks to make journaling fun and effective for your life. The narrator has great pacing and a lovely voice. If you have wanted to get into journaling but don't know where to start, this book is great.

I'm way more organised now

Keeping a journal can be a good way to help your mentl health etc . I found writing my feelings has helped me a lot and this book has made it way easier with some excellent tips. Some really good techniques to customise your journal and help achieve those goals u set , stay organised and become more productive each day

Very useful

This is a great audiobook. It’s very motivating. It encouraged me to start with daily journaling. The book teaches you about benefits of doing journaling and how you can spend only a few minutes a day doing it.

Write In Your Journal!

I am in front of a blank page! Haha. Writing in your journal is like having an imaginary friend to talk about your problems.
I liked the techniques I used to be able to write in my journal every day. I will feel younger because I use my brain and imagination every day.
