Very inspiring
Enjoyed listening - I have reached the stage of my life where I’m tired of dieting, deprivation, feelings of guilt and being consumed by food. This approach is definitely breath of fresh air. As the result of listening to this audio I purchased workbook too but a paper version.

Truly life changing!
An excellent book which has freed me from a lifetime of dieting and counting calories! I was expecting to balloon to twice my size but it hasn’t happened! I can eat what I like and don’t obsess anymore….going to have to obsess about something else now! But what?
Listening to the book is akin to visiting a specialist who spends hours reinforcing a better way to relate to food, it really sinks in, and for me it’s better than reading the same text. I will listen to it again and again to keep me on track. I highly recommend.

Useful tools
Sounds like a robot talking to you, even though it's all about intuitiveness. Wouldve nice to humanise it. The points were all good and some were a no brsiner

Good book. Uninspiring narration.
Very helpful book on intuitive eating, I've been making different choices recently and this book is helping. Content of the book is useful, & it doesn't feel like it's trying to sell me anything unlike some weight loss/self help books.
However, the narrator is terrible, very robotic in tone. Lacks emphasis in majority of sentences, which would have greatly improved the reading. Numerous times I felt myself falling asleep, or losing concentration because the quality of narration was so flat.
That said, it was clear enough to listen to and understand, with no audibility issues that can be a problem in audiobooks sometimes.

I feel like this book might be a turning point
Exactly what I needed. I guess only time will tell, but this felt important to me in terms of me relationship with food and my body. I feel like there's been a step change and I feel happier. I imagine I'll listen to this book every now and again to reinforce my new ways of thinking and feeling. But I already feel positive and so happy to leave diet culture behind me.

What a fantastic perspective changing book!
This was a total revelation to me - what an antidote to the diet culture! Really refreshing hearing ideas on honouring your body and it's signals. Fantastic! I will need to listen to this book a few more times, do the exercises and maybe even do their course to fully take it in and start using it in practice for myself and my future clients. Thank you ladies.

Life changing
I am not exaggerating; this listen/read was like a massive reboot for my mental health and my relationship with food, body and diet culture. I would make this book a must-read for all who ever gave a thought to skipping a meal. The performance is clear and enjoyable, it never gets monotonous. The content is revolutionary. Life changing!

I am so thankful I listened to this book!
This book has completely changed my view of eating! I had always wondered why I had such a dysfunctional relationship with food and this book explained why and practically explained how to change. This way of eating allows you to not restrict ANY food types like other plans but to develop a healthy relationship with food.
