Feels like it has given me a fresh start

As my review title says, I really feel this book has given me some sort of fresh start at life. Say goodbye to paranoia and quit of being a cynic of what others might think.

make sense

Bought this book for my girlfriend. Most of the times, she is paranoid about different things, small or big. I listened to the book first so I'll know if this is the right book for her and I think it is. Every chapter makes sense and organized. So, I hope this will really help.

A new start

A new start in my life - that is the best way I can describe what this book has given me. Being paranoid is a serious condition that every each one experiencing it is facing. Very hard to deal with it.

A must for sufferers of Paranoia

Picked this book up after suffering from Paranoia for as back as I can remember. Following the exercises and taking on board all the advice has helped me overcome anxiety and paranoia.
