Overall good but annoying volume fluctuations

I don’t work in sales but I found this book very interesting, the content all made sense and I can see how it will result in more sales. I’d guess the audio has been added to at some point as the occasional sentence will be louder than the rest, which is annoying as I felt the need to keep tweaking the volume.
