Straight and true.
I wasn’t really expecting the story of Halo Combat Evolved. I thought Halo: The Flood would have been more like flood attack encounters. Never the less the story was amazing and thrilling. Would recommend to even people who have played HALO Combat Evolved.

phenomenal
The story, the narration and action are all in good order in this novel. as a fan of the games I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of additional content there was to explore while remaining extremely faithful to the story of halo CE. aust for any fan of the series

amazing
again the narrator (reader) is amazing his performance sells it perfectly. the story is the same as the first game but there nothing wrong with that as at time I get taken back to bing sat with my mates playing the game Tey to get it completed

A timeless classic
Halo: The Flood is eseentially the book version of the story of the game Halo Combat Evolved. It follows multiple stories on the Halo Ring both human and Covenant. If you have played Halo Combat Evolved and always wondered what happens between the levels, this book should help you fill in those gaps!
The Narration performance by Todd McLaren is fantastic, he captures the atmosphere and characters perfectly.
