A Beautiful Homecoming
I listen through these most mornings. Sometimes the whole lot, sometimes just 10 minutes.... whatever feels right. It doesn't really matter where I start and stop. Just following the instructions, or sometimes even just being in that space as the instructions drift through.... in the warmth of Katie's loving kindness and presence.... it is a beautiful homecoming every time. A wonderful way to start the day. It brings a freshness, a loving opening.... it brings a direct and silent relationship with myself. Thank you Katie. And thank you to the compiler of the recordings. x

A relaxing eye opener
Like all of Katies work this is constantly showing new nuggets of gold every time I hear it. Noticing something new, all with the same possibility to remove the illusion and see the reality.
Our minds are playing on our emotions playing on our minds - loop. Nothing is real. When we peel off those beliefs on repeat in our heads and start questioning our thoughts, everything becomes transparent and peaceful.
And then I forget it again and have to have another listen...
