About this listen
A fun, flirty novella that will melt your socks off!
Hailey Rose writes the love stories that people fantasize over, but when complications in her personal life make it impossible to write the steamy scenes she needs, she finds herself desperate for something to bring back the spark.
She finds inspiration in the place she least expects it when moans of pleasure float into her apartment through the thin walls. When the sexy guy next door brings home a different woman every night, she finds it increasingly difficult to stop eavesdropping.
Caught in the act of spying on her fantasy-inducing neighbor, Jax, Hailey flees to the safety of her apartment. Soon after, curiosity gets the best of him, and she finds herself having to decide whether or not to take him up on his offer.
Will Hailey be able to stay focused on the task at hand, or will she find herself desperate for some hands-on learning?

Oddly hilarious, sweet, and heartbreaking at the same time
I won this book as part of a Christmas giveaway Samantha Baca was running and it doesn’t disappoint.
It might be short but this story is brilliant. Perfect for between heavier books to palate cleanse.
It’s all from a single point of view (Hailey’s) and Jaime Carnucci narrates this well.
I won’t be writing any spoilers again as I’d end up telling the whole story - but you should definitely read it if you’re after a short, sweet, funny, story with a sprinkling of secondhand embarrassment and a little resolved heartache.
