About this listen
This morning, my daughter sat right here, munching her breakfast, too excited to finish it. Now, she is missing.
The day after her ninth birthday, Lucie and Blake Sullivan agree, for the very first time, to let their daughter, Grace, make the four-minute walk back home alone from a friend’s house just down the street.
They joke with friends about hiding behind bushes to ensure she is safe. But the joke turns sour when Grace does not appear.
Despite the best efforts of the police and local community, Grace seems to have vanished into thin air. With hope fading fast, Lucie knows she can rely on her husband to support her through such dark times. That is until the day she makes a shocking discovery, hidden in Blake’s desk, and suddenly she begins to doubt everything she knew about the man she married.
But Lucie harbours a terrible secret of her own. One that she has never shared with anyone, even Blake....
And as the search for Grace reaches fever pitch, Lucie receives a terrifying message. If she is ever to see Grace again, Lucie has no choice but to face the past she tried hard to bury forever. And she must do it alone.
The most gripping psychological thriller you’ll listen to this year from the best-selling author K.L. Slater. If you love The Wife Between Us or Gone Girl, you’ll be totally hooked on Finding Grace.

Gripping
But the storyline is rather improbable. And the narrator naive in the extreme. She annoyed me somewhat.

A gripping tale
This is the first K L Slater I’ve read. I enjoyed it but maybe didn’t have the depth to it that I enjoy. I couldn’t really understand the main baddie’s motives.

Disappointed with this
Started out with so much promise but really fell flat towards the end. Predictable and far fetched. I couldn’t wait for it to end. Wish I hadn’t wasted a credit.

A great thriller!
A great thriller with lots of twists and turns. I really liked the complex plot however at times I felt it became somewhat implausible but as I enjoyed the story so much I was able to suspend my disbelieve and enjoy the book.
Great!

Brilliant!
KL Slater does it again! Another cracking book with a great plots and lots of fun twists and turns. Lucy Price Lewis' narration is also brilliant, slow and steady which makes the book easy to listen to and understand

Mediocre. Wish I hadn't bothered
The main character is one of the worst judges of character, naive and idiotic. The story was unrealistic and a slog. But something must have kept me going to the end so 3 stars from me

Reviews nearly put me off
Although some plot elements were a bit far fetched overall I thought this was a great read. I love Lucy Price-Lewis as a narrator. Would recommend
