Small tweaks for great improvements
Having tried many different health plans and diets over the years this book is a breath of fresh air. Dr Chatterjee reminds you to aim for progress not perfection. This book provides lots of small steps you can take on a daily basis to improve your health in a friendly and encouraging manner and I have already put many of the suggestions into practice. Thanks

Throw away your diet books and read this!
Everyone should read this. It’s like no other book you’ll ever read on food and weight loss. Rangans non judgemental style is so easy to follow and makes so much sense. I love that he goes into the mindset behind weight loss too. I am long time fan and have read all his books and adore his podcast and as a wellness coach, I pick up so many things I can help my clients with all the time. Superb!

Another fantastic common sense approach!
Fantastic - common sense ‘do-able’ things to put in place. Easy to listen to whilst on a suggested daily walk. Listening on repeat so everything sinks in for good this time

What a fantastic book
I'm not a great reader as I get distracted as family life life is just so busy but being able to listen to this whilst out on my 15,000 steps a day enabled me to listen to this book and absorbe every words. Not only does this book help you deal with how to lose weight it helps you with the psychological aspect of why we need to feel great before we lose weight. I've already gifted this book to everyone I know because I'm certain this book will change peoples lives. It's so interesting and this book is revolutionary in so many ways. I can't recommend this book enough. If I could I would give it 6/5 stars.

Life changing

Overall, good book to help create healthier habits
Some really good tips and ideas to create new habits for a healthier lifestyle. Some bits a little basic and drawn out, could be shorter, but helpful nonetheless.
