Summary
The final battle for humanity is about to begin...
On the moon, Ronin Hayashi trains to protect the colonies from the inevitable invasion of the machines. While he prepares to stand his ground, Sergeant Tadhg Walsh is planning an escape mission to deliver a weapon to the resistance on Earth.

Really nice finish to the series.
Bloody and brutal how I like it.
No one is safe so I felt concerned for the characters.
Ending was a made me feel a little emotional and this is good.
5/5 story.
The one negative was in the begging the over use of Jackson’s name (I think it’s his) was a lot. It yanked me out a few times but after that it was perfect for me.

Book 3 Was The Best of Them
Book 3 brings it all together, much improved from book 2 and a great listen.
Would have liked a bit more in the Epilogue to wrap up what happened to everyone involved and the Earth. More from Apeiron please.
