Summary

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, can lead to a series of consequences that prevent a good quality of life, if not treated properly. From problems with social interaction, to physical symptoms, they are consequences of ADHD that make it difficult for a person to live and feel good. However, this may change.

In this audiobook, you will learn not only the relationship between dopamine and ADHD, how this condition can affect this neurotransmitter, you will also learn simple and very effective ways to activate dopamine, regulate it, and thus combat the symptoms of ADHD in a natural and practical way.

Who is this audiobook for?

Dopamine for ADHD is an audiobook written for all ages, for people with ADHD or who do not have ADHD. It is a special audiobook for parents of children with ADHD, or family members who should help their parents, uncles, nephews, and more. It is also an audiobook for those who are looking to approach this condition from less traditional methods to understand it and provide help. It's also an audiobook for caregivers, and, of course, for those with ADHD.

Efficient delivery if a bit repetitive

I knew most of the content already but was after a modern primer specifically regarding ADHD and dopamine. It lacks the depth I was seeking on the reward system but was an effective top view summary never-the-less. That said, it seemed to repeat past statements a little. There are also a few speaker issues (robotic in places, odd word repetition, misplaced emphasis) but these don't overly damage the piece as a condenced quick read. Being quite short, I imagine such errors are more just apparent.
