About this listen

Can you be friends with benefits with a guy who hates you? What about enemies with benefits instead?

My plan to lick every cupcake Boston wants until he realizes I’m his only option might actually work out….

Was pretending to sleep with tons of men to keep my crush from hooking up with them a Dirty Trick? Sure. Do I regret it? Not one bit.

Telling Boston I have a thing for him would’ve been the logical thing to do. Unfortunately, logic hasn’t always been my strong suit. I decided to go the—“get under his skin until hostility turns into affection”—route instead, and I think it’s finally working.

But once he’s worked off all his annoyance with me, will there be real feelings underneath? I guess only time will tell….

Dirty Trick is an enemies with benefits story set on the gay resort of Palm Island and can be listened to as a stand alone, but you won’t want to miss all of these wild island shenanigans.

Brill

This is another brilliant story and I loved learning more about Trick and Boston, especially why Trick has been blocking Boston. After a stunt goes wrong Boston sees a different side to Trick. There are some steamy scenes.
Iggy does a brill job narrating.

Great and easy

Story: A quick and easy to digest story. The MCs know each other well and it was fun to see their relationship evolve into more. The author did a great job!
Narration: Very good performance from Iggy Toma!

The island charm strikes again!

Trick does have a very unique way of getting attention from Boston, unfortunately it’s not the attention he really wants. His rather convoluted approach to gaining Boston’s affection does eventually pan out but not until there’s a bit of angst, lots of snark, chemistry that is combustible and plenty of heat mixed with some sweet.
This enemies with benefits to a longed for HEA is a very enjoyable and engaging read. I love the island lifestyle and the found family members that call it home and can’t wait for more in this refreshing series.

The narration.

Iggy Toma gave a wonderful performance in this audiobook. He maintained the tone and cadence for each character throughout the entire book and each character was easily distinguishable from the others. He is a great fit for this series and makes this a very enjoyable and engaging listen.

Fun on the beach

Absolutely loved reading this book and was so glad it came out in audio.
After one night together, a holiday fling Trick never forgot. When he returned to the island he was hoping Boston would remember him . But two years was a long time.
Boston served Trick but did not recognised him, which upset him. So Trick tried his hardest to stop any man getting near Boston.
Everyone who worked on the Islam knew what was going on except Boston.
Things changed after then pool party.
Brilliant story. Iggy Toma's performance was brilliant,
Highly recommend

Love the banter

Iggy is as I am expetcing by now a great job in creating the voices and tone foe the characters. He did a good job in that I noticed I got annoyed with Boston at almost the same point as when I read the book 😄

This is the third book in the Palm Island / The off season. It is told from both Trick and Boston their POV. The book can be read as a standalone but I suggest to read in order to get the most out of the storyline.
This book is about Trick/ Pat and Boston and is about frenemies with benefits to lovers before they find a hfn/hea. It has the usual snark, heat, humour and wittiness that makes me harrumhp and laugh. And ofcourse the whole group of friends is there to annoy and support them along. And ofcourse the island 'spirits/ magic' make its ingluence known.
