Summary

Widow Dilly Carey has struggled out of poverty to make a life for herself. Dilly should be content, but she is troubled by the one secret she must never share: the true parentage of her daughter, Olivia, whom Dilly gave away at birth.

It's time for Dilly to make her peace with the choice that she was forced to make, but will she also find a way to a new happiness - and a new love?

Really Enjoyed This Series.

Just finished listening to all three books in this series.
Rosie Gooodwin never disappoints. Well written, interesting and found it really hard to put this series down. When one was finished I just had to listen to the next.
Great narration as always by Charlie Sanditton

Outstanding

Thank you Rosie Goodwin for the outstanding story.
From the first book to the last,
The performance by Charlie Sanderson was truly amazing, Charlie brought each character to life.
Towards the end of the 3rd book, I cried.. to me that showed how good the story is .
Once again thank you.

Fantastic

Was hooked from the 1st book so had to listen to the other two and was not disappointed. It helped with the narrator being so good, the changing of accents, voice and tone of voice just made it feel like you were living in the period. Definitely recommend listened to the whole series within a week. Happy listening.
