Every designer needs to reed this book

As somebody who has been doing user centred design and agile delivery for 10 years, I still learned a whole bunch of techniques from this book. Expertly written. All points backed up with evidence. 5/5

Simply must have for anyone in product

This is a great book and eye opening for those who don’t currently do user centred interviews, discovery, or design. Outlines clearly an aspirational approach, as well as how to communicate to stakeholders, to instigate positive change. Highly recommend.

Inspiring and tangible

Teresa’s discovery “framework” Opportunity Solution Tree is a must know for every product team. It gives a good visual structure to being outcome oriented. The emphasis of iterative discovery reminds you to stay close to your customer and continue learning how to best create value.
