Summary
Written by an L. A. County homicide detective and former atheist, Cold-Case Christianity examines the claims of the New Testament using the skills and strategies of a hard-to-convince criminal investigator.
Christianity could be defined as a “cold case”: it makes a claim about an event from the distant past for which there is little forensic evidence. In Cold-Case Christianity, J. Warner Wallace uses his nationally recognized skills as a homicide detective to look at the evidence and eyewitnesses behind Christian beliefs. Including gripping stories from his career and the visual techniques he developed in the courtroom, Wallace uses illustration to examine the powerful evidence that validates the claims of Christianity.
A unique apologetic that speaks to listeners’ intense interest in detective stories, Cold-Case Christianity inspires listeners to have confidence in Christ as it prepares them to articulate the case for Christianity.

if we don't believe he arose from the dead our faith is in vain
This book cause me to look more into the resurrection and also the deaths of the apostles.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
I don't want to run this race in vain so I encourage you to trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Jesus is coming back again and a book like this as well as the movie a case for Christ can only strengthen you in these last day's.
God bless you all.

Very nuance, Boss level. ♥️
A great way to view and break down, the many and various scenes throughout the scriptures. Evidence is absolutely key, which I enjoyed about the book. Thank you.

Excellent for People Searching...
It is really important for people coming to Christ to ask questions they have. They might be satisfied with these answers - they might not but it's essential to ask. The Lord does not want people who follow Him blindly. This book - written by a guy who was once an atheist - looks into some of these matters that make people doubt. This is also a good basic apologetics book.

Excellent presentation of The New Testament
I love the fact that J Wallace shared his experience and skills of being a Cold Case Detective dealing with eye witness accounts, and applying these same skills to the eye witness accounts of the New Testament.
J Wallace highlights where the Gospels support each other by filing in information and much more...
The author' gives an enthusiastic and detailed narration on whether the New Testament is reliable and trustworthy using different principles and techniques.
