As fun as I anticipated

The naration is top notch. So much energy has been put into this book that it honestly makes me feel lazy and like I should do more to contribute to the colony.

Excellent, as always.

The performance and story continue to impress with their level of quality, and my only complaint, as with all works of comparable quality, is that it couldn't continue for just one more chapter.

Strong recommendation

Recently got hooked on the Chrysalis series and it's the Golden Goose that keeps on giving. One of the best series i've listened to, and this book continues. I really like the interactions between Ant-hony and other people. The humour and pacing are great. Really enjoyed this book since it finally gives us some more detailed information of the world.

As for the performance Soundbooth does a stellar job as usual, feels like they can't do anything wrong. I've been purposely picking books depending on whether or not they are involved and that's how i stumbled on Chrysalis which is now by far my favorite series.

Addictive story with wonderful characters

this is one of the best litrpgs titles available. The story of Anthony and his hive is both hilarious and heart touching in turns. I can't wait until the next one!

The whole package

The story and the story telling come together to make a fun and entertaining 17 hours fly by. I've come to really enjoy this series which is undoubtedly elevated by the narration from SBT. Jeff Hayes and Annie Ellicott do there usual bang up job and the story zips along nicely. I try to add some balance and will usually have a small gripe but I honestly can't think of one, loved it.

The Narration was near perfect

I loved this part in the story even if it is kind of the weakest part, as it foreshadows and prepares the reader for so many amazing things that will occur in future releases. I won't spoil, but just know the info learned from the rockies is going to be important.

the narrators were amazing. Rarely have I seen (in audiobook works) narrators that sound like they were in the same booth, chatting about the tone and and emotions being depicted so they stay in sync with one another (just my impression, could be wrong). Usually when there are two voice actors it too often comes with tonal dissonance but there was none of that here.

Overall a good piece and a great foundation for what's to come.
