An excellent, clearly written book

An excellent, clearly written book that is no nonsense and succinct. The program is outlined very clearly and is very easy to follow. As well, it is not as black-and-white as other binge eating self-help books I have read.

Simply amazing!

Each chapter has an amazingly relatable story joined with a journaling exercise, thought, or breathwork practice that helped me connect to myself in a way I had yet to encounter, until now. I feel like I'm finally home.

Some useful information but a lot irrelevant

This has a lot of stories on eating disorders that you have to work through before you get to before getting to anything of practical use. I can see that it would be useful for some people but for me it didn't do very much.

I got this book to learn more about treating Bulimia. It provides a really base of psycho education, as well as, providing a good outline on how to implement the CBT-ED protocol established by Daron McClain .
